He was the son of Claiborne O. and Grace E. Webb. Both preceaded him in death also his sister Mary Louise Hall passed away Sept.1983. He is survived by his wife Winnie of the home.One daughter Linda Kay Barbour of Sedalia Mo,one son James H.Webb of Atlanta Ga.also surving are two grandsons, Two brothers Marvin Tucker Webb, Paul Perry Webb, and six sisters, Olive G. Klempnauer,Helen E. Ewing, Doris C.Guiley, Margaret V. Borland, Frances M.Grote and Esther A. Grieshaber and all spouces and nieces,nephews and other relatives and friends.Howard served in the US Army in the World War11 in the Pacific operations. He loved fishing at the Lake of the Ozarks at his cabin for years. He owne the Webb Auto Trim Shop in Sedalia Mo. for over 30 years.Till he retired.He belonged to the VFW in Sedalia and the Moose Lodge in Sedalia Mo. He was a Methodist.He attended the Oakland Methodist church from birth till he left home in the late 1930s.
