Ralph was born in an Italian town called Montecorice which is located in the Province of Salerno, Italy. He immigrated to the United States when he was 14 years old in order to pursue the "American Dream."
He migrated to the United States to pursue a better life. He worked for the Gouche Skein Dyeing and Finishing Company in Paterson, New Jersey for a number of years. With his hard work and diligence he became the proprietor with his son, William, of a gas station. It was called "Bill's Service Station" and was located on 9 East 18th. It was quite a successful operation.
He lived and resided at 7 East 18th in Paterson New Jersey. His brother Vincent owned a grocery store. His brother Frank died in 1943.
