She was born Nov. 25, 1955, to Warren C. and Gertrude R. Carroll Harris at Larned. She married Humel "Jerome" Donaldson May 25, 1985, in Englewood. He preceded her in death Dec. 11, 1996.
She was a resident of Englewood and was formally of Goodland and Minneola. She was a Home Health Nurse.
She was a member of the Clark County EMS Service. She served on the Englewood City Council and as Englewood Mayor.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Miller, Guymon, Okla., and Micah Donaldson, Englewood; one daughter, Angela Miller, Englewood; her companion, Harvey Dringenberg, Wheatland, Mo.; her mother, Gertrude Marshall and husband, Warren, Blackwell, Okla.; two brothers, Michael Harris, Thorton, Colo., and William Harris, Keokuk, Iowa; one sister, Barbara McCarty, Belton, Texas; step-grandfather, Leland C. Silver, Oklahoma City; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father in 1986.
