COLT -- Melvin Ray Caudell, 59, of Colt, died Wednesday, May 4, at St. Bernard's Medical Center at Jonesboro.
Born in Vanndale, he was a farmer.
Survivors include one son, David Caudell of Tutwiler, Miss.; one daughter, Hope Mullins of Cherry Valley; two sisters, Mable Smith of Cherry Valley and Minnie Curbo of Wynne.; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Owen Cletus and Novie Odens Howell Caudell; one brother; and one sister.
Funeral services are set for Saturday at 10 a.m., at Kernodle Funeral Home of Wynne, with Randel Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Akins Cemetery near Vanndale.
Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Akins Cemetery, in care of Ben Durham, 700 Cross Road 354, Wynne 72396.
