Ralph W. Diener of Mentone, born in Elkton, Missouri, and a resident of the Mentone-Redlands area for 50 years, died Friday in Redlands at the age of 64. He was a 1936 graduate of Redlands High School and served with the Army in the Pacific in World War II. He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. Survivors include his wife, Patricia, three daughters, Dinnis Diener of Redlands, Leta Cayzer of San Bernardino and Susan Diener of Mentone, three sons, Robert Blackwell of Lodi, Randall Blackwell of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Ronald Blackwell of Riverside and seven grandchildren. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday in the F. Arthur Cortner Chapel with burial in Montecito Memorial Park.
