Vera Floy Baldwin
Vera Floy Baldwin, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Stacy Baldwin passed away at the home of her parents near Smith Center, Friday, June 9th, at the age of 4 years, 7 months and 12 days. She was born in Union township Republic County Oct. 27th, 1911. The Baldwin family moved to Smith county a few months ago and their many Republic county friends sympathize with them in the loss of their little daughter. She was an unusually bright child and a favorite among the family's wide acquaintance. The father, mother, three brothers and one sister survive.
The funeral was held at the Christian church in Belleville Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Yutsey, pastor of the Christian church of Chester, Nebr. Burial was made in the Belleville cemetery.
