Mrs. Black, 47, Columbia, Dies; Funeral Today:
PAGELAND. June 5 – (Special) – Mrs. Madge Davis Black, 47, of Columbia died early this morning in the Duke hospital after a brief illness. Funeral services be held 4 o'clock Friday afternoon from the Pageland Methodist church. Survivors include three sisters. Mrs. Jack Morton [Horton] of Chesterfield and Mrs. John E. Graves and Mrs. Gary Hicks of Pageland; two brothers, Doctor Byron Davis Atlanta, GA., and Hudson Davis of San Diego, Calif., and a number of nieces and nephews.
