Yvonne E. Ellsworth, 80, passed away at her home in Mesa, Arizona on April 21, 2013. Her family and her faith have been the focus of her life.
A cheerful and loving mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Monroe W. Ellsworth, infant daughter, Ilene Obershaw, and infant great-granddaughter, Ava DeFranco.
The oldest of 7 children, she is survived by all of her six siblings, her sons Dennis Ellsworth and Duane Obershaw, her daughters Iris Shumway and Jolene Williams, also 11 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday, April 26, 2013 at 9 AM at the Beverly Ward LDS Chapel, 1054 W. 2nd Place, Mesa, AZ 85201, preceded by visitations Thursday evening, April 25th from 6-8 PM at Bunker's Garden Chapel, 33 N. Centennial Way, Mesa, AZ 85201 and at 8 AM Friday, in the Relief Society Room prior to the service.
Burial will be at the Show Low Cemetery.
Her sparkling optimism and loving ways will be missed, and we look forward to a joyous reunion.
