ADAMS RITES ON SATURDAY

Funeral services were held Saturday at the Tuecke funeral chapel for Mrs. Ila Irene Adams, 45, who died last Wednesday at the Riverview Care Center in Guttenberg following a long illness.

The services were conducted by L. H. Brandt and Mrs. Henry Walz of Garnavillo and burial was in the Garnavillo City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Duke Ludovissy, Clarence Wagner, Vincent Hefel, Al Hefel, Walter Reinhardt and Merton Cole.

Mrs. Adams was born September 30, 1923, near Garnavillo, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Adams. On November 11, 1942, she was married to Arthur F. Adams at North Buena Vista.

Surviving Mrs. Adams are Mr. Adams and two sons and four daughters. They are Mrs. Gerald Davis of St. Olaf, Miss Nancy Adams of St. Olaf, and Tony, Ilene, Judy and Dave living at home in Holy Cross.

Also surviving are three grandchildren and one brother, Charles Adams of Rockford, Illinois, and two sisters, Mrs. Lester Carrier of Rockford, Illinois, and Mrs. Lester Adams of Rockford, Illinois.
