ADELE HARRISON POPE, 86, of Memphis, retired Memphis City School teacher, died of heart disease Friday at Kirby Pines Manor. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Shady Grove Presbyterian Church, where she was an elder, with burial in Memorial Park. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge.
Mrs. Pope, the widow of William Frank Pope, leaves a daughter, Lisa Pope Arnwine of Cordova; a brother, Robert L. Harrison of Baton Rouge, and two grandchildren.
The family requests that any memorials be sent to a charity of the donor's choice.
