Funeral services for Francis Odell Wallace, 89, of Heflin, Louisiana will be held Sunday, February 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in Rockett Funeral Home Chapel, Ringgold, Louisiana. Officiating will be Bro. James Morgan. Burial will follow in Bistineau Cemetery, Heflin, Louisiana. Visitation will be Saturday. February 6, 2021 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Rockett Funeral Home, Ringgold, Louisiana.
Odell was born December 20, 1931 in Heflin, Louisiana. He retired from Beard Industries as a bay Leader after over Thirty-one years of service. He was an active member and Past Master of Mackey Lodge #122 in Ringgold, Louisiana and a Scottish Rite, 32 Degree Mason and York Rite.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Vestal and Annie Mae Wallace; wife, Laverne Wallace; daughter, Denise Howell; son Mike Wallace; brother, Carrelton Wallace; grandson, Shane Howell; great granddaughter, Gracie Wallace, and special friends, Betty Lemons and Betty Alexander.
Left to cherish his memories include his sons, Jonathan Wallace and wofe, Tara of Calhoun, Louisiana and Cliff Wallace of Arcadia, Louisiana; sister, Gloria Jane Salter of Ronggold, Louisiana; grandchildren, Jessica Kovacs, Adriann Wallace, Regan Wallace, Nathan Wallace, Lillian Wallace, Christopher Wallace, and Nicholas Wallace; great- grandchildren, Marlee Kovacs, Joshiah Kovacs, Connor Wallace, and Eli Howell; and a host of other relatives and friends.
