Death of Mrs. Mary J Hunter
Mrs. Mary J. Hunter died Friday evening at 5:45 o'clock at the home of her son, Judge J.J. Harding, 131 Southwest Boulevard. Her death was due to heart failure.
Mrs. Hunter was born in Jefferson County, Tennessee, October 19th, 1835, and was 78 years, 2 months and 18 days old. She is survived by one son, J.J. Harding, of this city; one brother, J.H. Casper, of Harrisonville, Mo., and one sister, Mrs. Melinda Akers, of Richmond, Mo.
The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the home. Rev. R.N. Allen conducted the services.
