'In God's Care" is Mr. Jimmy Leon Collins, Jr., age 34 of Mt. Airy who passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Moses Cone Hospital. Mr. Collins was born in Surry County on December 8, 1978 to Jimmy Leon Collins, Sr. and Debra Jean Johnson Collins.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind to cherish his memory, sisters, Charity Nicole Collins of Mt. Airy and Christina Dawn Clement of Ennis, TX, a brother, Johnny Houston Collins; a daughter, Kasie Marie Scott; a granddaughter, Bridgette Marie; his maternal grandmother, Glenda Wolfe Johnson of Mt. Airy; special friends, Michelle Duncan and Tabitha Odom and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Roger Miller. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until the hour of the service.
