Robert was a native of Cambridge City and lived here and in the Richmond area before moving to Lima four years ago. He was a retired electrician from national Automatic Tool Co., where he had worked for 30 years.
He was an Army Veteran of World War II. Robert served in the European Theatre.
Survivors include two daughters, Melanie A. Rigsby, Lima and Rosa Lee Schweigar, Charlotte, N.C., one sister Lucille Gentry, Cambridge City, Indiana, three grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
