Truck Gate Falls, Kills 5-Year-Old Ogden Boy

NORTH OGDEN—A 5-year old boy was killed here Tuesday afternoon when the heavy gate of a cattle truck accidentally fell and struck him across the neck.
ALLEN BLAIR Wayment,son of Mr. and Mrs. Everett Wayment, 1900 N. 400 East, was dead on arrival at an Ogden hospital where he was taken by his parents. The accident apparent1y happened about 5:30 p.m. but the boy was not found until 45 minutes to an-hour later,according to the Weber County sheriff's office.
