Elsie M. Heflin, formerly of Fredericksburg, VA, wife of the late Dolan Heflin, died April 12, 2013, in York, PA.
Elsie was born in Washington, D.C., on July 16, 1920, a daughter of the late Archie and Lottie (Nalley) Cox.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara A. Bottazzi of York and Geraldine Kulp of Virginia Beach, VA; son, Richard Heflin of Locust Grove, VA; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Elsie was preceded in death by two grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m., April 17, 2013, at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
