Abner married first Emma Warren about 1828 possibly in Quebec.
Abner married second Agnes Owen possibly in Ontario.

According to "Connor Lineage" by Raymond Morton Watson, Abner's father's name was Arthur; this accounting also states that Abner was buried in Campbell's Corner's Cemetery near West Branch but there is no record or tombstone.

Connor notes indicate that he went to Michigan. There is a land record for Abner Connor, granted 100 acres (Q Grants; p. 348; printed 37) 14 Jan. 1836, at Grenville Twp., Argenteuil Co., Quebec.

In the 1851 census for Manvers, Durham, Canada West, Abner Conner, 43 (looks very much like 63), Wes. Methodist born Ireland with wife? Agnes, 24 and Son, John, 21, born Canada with wife, Joannah, 20 born Ireland and their infant son William A., 1 and Abner's son by his first wife, Mathew, 12, born Canada and William H. Connor, 5, Margaret J. Connor, 3 and Mary Ann Connor, 1.

In the 1880 census for Churchill, Ogemaw, Michigan, ED 277, p. 14D, Abner Connor, 74, farming, born Ireland (parents born Ireland) with wife, Agnes, 53 (sic), born England (parents born England) (Is this the same Agnes?) and son Isaac, 24, farmer born Canada.

The death record for Abner gives that parents were Isaac and Sarah but these may have been the parents of the informant given in error.
