She was raised and attended school in Hershey. She lived her adult life in the community of Hershey, Burr Oak, Superior and Belleville.
Elva was married three times. Her first husband was Junior Tracy; her second husband was Ocia Rhoe and her third husband was Oscar L. Kramp.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her three husbands; a son, Arthur Rhoe, a daughter, Marylin Joy Rhoe; three brothers, LeRoy, Kale and Orville Bartholomew and one sister, Alice Bartholomew.
She is survived by her sons, Elmer (Joe) Rhoe, Belleville and Marlin Tracy, Minnesota; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; brothers, Loren Bartholomew, Tomball, Texas; Carl Bartholomew, Somerset, Calif.; Paul Bartholomew, Texas; John Bartholomew, Mankato; one sister, Mrs. Richard Ellis (Marie), Caldwell, Texas; stepchildren, Howard, Harold and Henry Kramp, all of Superior, Harry Kramp, Webber and Helen Watson, Deshler.
She was a member of Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall, Belleville.
Services were held Saturday at 10 a.m., from the Megrue-Price Funeral Chapel, Superior, with Les Kuczynski officiating. Interment was in the Burr Oak Cemetery.
