Isaac Frank was married 1st to Jane Blair.
Jane was born on October 11, 1819.
They are believed to have had four or possibly five children;
1. Sarah Elmira Frank; born March 19, 1842 in Pennsylvania; Family legend says that Sarah made fine shirts in the Chicago, Illinois area as a young woman, possibly for the soldiers during the Civil War. She was married first to a man, whose name was unknown, who is said to have joined the Union army in the Civil War and was killed or died in the service; They had no children; There is a record of Sarah E. Frank being married in Peoria County on March 7, 1865 to a Hugh F. McElheny. Exactly one week later, on March 14, 1865, Hugh F. McElheny enlisted in the 77th Illinois; Private Hugh F. McElheny died on April 17, 1865 in the south as a member of the 77th; his mortal remains today lay in Section 3, Grave 614, in the MOBILE NATIONAL CEMETERY, located at 1202 VIRGINIA STREET MOBILE, AL 36604; Mrs. Sarah E. McElheny (spelled McElhaney in the records) was married to George Strayer (1838 - 1907) on February 27, 1868 in Peoria County, Illinois and they had four children: Minnie Jane, Frank, Mary Jane and Della; Sarah died on June 2, 1896 in Thomas County, Kansas; buried in the Beulah Cemetery in Colby, Thomas County, Kansas.

2. Elizabeth Koons Frank; according to Ancestry.com "Born on 18 Aug 1845 to Isaac Frank and Jane Blair."; Elizabeth may be the Elizabeth Frank who was married to Francis M. Emmons in Peoria County on January 1, 1873; Francis was born c. 1844/45 in Ohio, the son of W. H. & Telitha Emmons, who are found in Logan Township of Peoria County in the 1870 census.

4. William Henry (or Harry) Frank; according to Ancestry.com, "William was born in Mattoon, Illinois, USA on 2 Apr 1848 to Isaac Frank and Jane Blair. William Henry married Margaret Josephine Lowe and had at least one child. He passed away on 6 Jul 1907 in Trivoli, Illinois, USA

Isaac and Jane Frank moved west to Illinois in the 1840's, almost certainly by the spring of 1847, settling in Peoria County between Trivoli, Hanna City and Glasford, Illinois. At the very least, their last child was born there. It was also there that Jane (Blair) Frank died, possibly on March 3rd, but more likely on May 3, 1848. Her earthly remains were laid in the Union Cemetery in Peoria County, Illinois.

Isaac was married 2nd to Mary A. Simonton (Symington).
Mary was born October 24, 1832 in Pennsylvania. Mary A. Simonton was married to Isaac Frank on November 5, 1850, possibly in Peoria County, but no record of this has been found. In the 1900 census, Mary is listed as having had 13 children, only 5 of whom are living in 1900.

7. Hattie Frank, born March 9, 1855 in Peoria County; died June 22, 1857 in Peoria County at the age of 2 years, 3 months and 13 days; buried in the Union Cemetery in Peoria County, Illinois.
