JENNIE RIGDON DIES -AFTER SHORT ILLNESS
Jennie Rigdon, the seventeen year old daughter of Mrs. Elvira Rigdon of this city died of erysipelas at the Doolittle hospital, Saturday morning at 7 o'clock after a short illness. The young girl complained early in the week of a pain in her nose and examination revealed a ulcerated tooth which was believed to be causing the trouble. She became very ill and, went to the hospital Wednesday and erysipelas developed.
Miss Rigdon was a member of the junior class of the Lancaster high school. She was a member of a family of three girls and two boys. Surviving her are her mother, her sisters, Mrs. Leo (Cyata) Palmer and Margaret Rigdon and her brothers, Will and George Rigdon. A stepbrother Joe Rigdon lives at Galena. Will Rigdon of Ormsby, Minn arrived here for the funeral which was held at 8:30 o'clock Sunday morning at the Goble chapel. With L. F. Arhelger in charge Burial was at Hillside.

According to her birth record, her father is Josephus (Joe) Calveras Rigdon Sr. Still looking for his burial spot.
