Lois Diller Hall (1914-2009), daughter of Gilbert Earl and Jessie Billings Diller was reared and lived in Sioux City IA until moving to Ogden in 1942 with her husband Charles Franklin Hall (1914-1986), son of Charles Franklin and Luella Stephenson Hall, and their two daughters Luann Hall-Hinton (1940-1987), and Kathryn Hall-Allahyari (1942- ). Their third daughter, Frances Hall-Curns (1943-2011) was born in Ogden. Lois Hall was descended from the William Billings of Stonington, CT and the Francis Dillers of Franklin Co., PA; Charles Hall was descended from the Richard Halls of Basking Ridge NJ, the John Stephensons of Quebec Canada, and the Thomas Carharts of Albany Co., NY.
