William E. Randolph, Sr., 80, passed away Monday, January 1, 2007. Mr. Randolph was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He came to Brevard County in 1968 from Columbus AFB, MS.

He was a retired Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.

He was a member of the American Legion Post 163, DAV, VFW Post in Melbourne and the LST Association. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy participating in the invasion of Normandy at Utah Beach in World War II. In 1946 he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force serving for the next 21 years with service in Korea and Vietnam.

Mr. Randolph is survived by his daughter, Barbara (Mario) Rogell of Melbourne; sons, Nelson (Gailenna) of Birmingham, AL, Bill, Jr. (Joan) of Mait land and Brian (Tammy) of Lakeland; five grandchildren, Corey, Stasha, Kathleen, Sarah and Tyler; brothers, Richard (Bettye) of Staunton, VA, George (Debbie) of Locust Grove, VA and Dennis (Louise) of Mt. Sidney, VA; sisters, June Berry of Verona, VA and Mildred DeVall of Harrisonburg, VA.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty and a brother, Morris, Jr.

Calling hours will be held from 5-7 p.m., Friday, Janu ary 5th, at Brownlie Maxwell Funeral Home. A Funeral Serv ice will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 6th, at Harbor City Baptist Church. Anyone planning expressions of sympathy is asked to consider the Harbor City Baptist Church, 2711 Harbor City Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32935.
