EDDIE BROWN

Eddie Roxie Brown, 84, 102 E. Line, died Thursday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Westside Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs. Sam Gober and Dan Caldwell officiating.

Burial will follow in Green Hills Memorial Gardens under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.

Mr. Brown was born July 22, 1906, in Kellyville, and lived in Creek County most of his life. He married Rosie Jewell Bolin on Jan. 20, 1929. Mr. Brown retired from Liberty Glass in 1971 and was a resident of Northside Nursing Center.

He was preceded in death by his wife on Oct. 12, 1980.

Survivors include sons Edward Ralph Brown, Andrew Brown, Ollie Richard Brown, Delbert Gene Brown and Clarence Brown, all of Sapulpa; daughters Clara Hancock, Mary Taylor, Eva King, Bonnie Bruton and Alice Lozada, all of Sapulpa, and Maxine Broom of Sand Springs; sister Tressie McGuire of Kellyville; 49 grandchildren; 11 step grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; 14 step great-grandchildren; and one step great-great-grandchild.

The family will headquarter at the home of Harold and Bonnie Bruton, 816, N. Hodge.
