Arthur Cederholm II, passed away on April 9, 2013, from complications of a bone marrow transplant. Born with a magnetic personality on August 31, 1955 to Wayne A. Cederholm, Sr. and LaRae Nicolo Cederholm. He attracted a plethora of friends and cohorts who have stayed with him throughout his life. In 1975 he graduated from Granite High School and was evermore the Class President. He attended the University of Utah, graduating in 1978 with a B.S. in Communications. He was a faithful "Ute" fan throughout his life. He treated his family to many a Bowl game, and his only regret was the day "Swoop" replaced his beloved "Ute."
In 1978, he married his best friend and soul mate, Peeches Pacheco. Their children: Tajha (Dave) Ferrara, Wayne (Katie) Cederholm III, and Dustin Cederholm were Wayne's pride and passion. His most valued times were spent with his wife, children and extended family at Sunday dinners, around the table or outside at the barbeque. Wayne was an avid traveler, evidenced by his proud status in the Medallion Million Miler Club. His travels took him to places near and far. He took a gondola ride with his family in Venice, raised a glass at the Biergarten in Deutschland, and walked the Great Wall of China... but his favorite travel destination always remained his back yard in St. George. On the day of his 55th birthday, Wayne was lucky enough to cross off one of the items on his bucket list, golfing with his sons at St. Andrews.
Wayne began his career with C.R. England in 1980. His amazing work ethic and endearing personality earned him much success. He was proud of his safety record, which included winning three consecutive grand trophy safety awards from the TCA, unprecedented at the time. Wayne worked hand and hand for over 33 years with the England family, culminating in his lifetime dream of becoming CEO. Wayne always brought humor to his work but knew that there was a time to be serious and built his life around that balance.
Throughout Wayne's life, he worked on many committees and organizations. Utah Jaycees was the first of many organizations he joined, and he took pride at having been the Chairperson for the Downtown Christmas Parade. He has served on the board of the Professional Truck Driver Institute, served as a chairman for the Utah Safety Council and worked with the TCA. In 2003, he received the Heart and Hands Award from the Junior Achievement, where he served on the board for nearly 20 years.
Wayne's humor was a defining characteristic. If you were lucky enough to spend any time with Wayne, then you were guaranteed to walk away with a story. Wayne made many friends throughout his life and the stories of his many flubs and foibles are legendary. Laughter surrounded him. He was truly genuine, had great character, and made friendship a fine art.

He is survived by his wife Peeches, his children Tajha (Dave) Ferrara, Wayne (Katie) Cederholm III, and Dustin Cederholm, father Wayne (Mary) Cederholm I, his sister Shauna (Doug) Eldredge, four grandchildren, nieces, nephews, countless friends and extended family members. He was the "Godfather" to many and his Italian heritage was always a source of great pride.
