Mr. Massey was a native of Rogers, Texas, and had lived in Jackson for 27 years. He was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He worked at Capitol Body Shop for 22 years.
He is survived by his sons, Ladelle Massey of Raymond and Michael W. Massey of Richland; two daughters, Miss Patricia Massey and Miss Beverly Massey, both of Jackson; brother, Gayle K. Massey of Indianola; sisters, Mary Jo Snell of West Memphis, AR; Mrs Nell Thornell of Monroe, LA; Mrs Gladys Flowers of Greenville and Mrs Grace Breaux of Prairieville, LA; and two grandchildren.
