Mr. Orsinger, Former Area Merchant, Dies
Spring Lake, Jan. 6 - William S. Orsinger, 95, former owner of bakeries in Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Coopersville and Spring Lake, died at a Grand Rapids rest home yesterday after a month's illness.
Mr. Orsinger, who was born Jan. 20, 1862, at Sandusky, O., had lived here 40 years until a year ago when he moved to Grand Rapids.
His wife, Della, died in 1937. Mr. Orsinger was a communicant of St. Mary's Church in Spring Lake. He leaves several nephews and a sister, Mrs. M. Mary Thompson, of Grand Rapids.
Friends may call at Barbier Funeral Home, and the funeral will be held at 9 a.m. tomorrow at St. Mary's Church, with Msgr. Francis J. Kuplinski in charge. The Rosary will be recited today at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Spring Lake.
