Murray R. Fincham, eldest son of Isaac and Abbie Fincham, was born on a farm near Blue Rapids, KS on Sept 7, 1897. He was united in marriage to Cora Lewis on July 22, 1936.
Murray passed away at the Community Memorial Hospital at Marysville, KS on Friday afternoon Aug. 26, 1966 at the age of 68 years& 25 days, after a long illness.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Otto and Carroll and one sister Ella.
He was survived by his wife Cora of the home, three brothers; Willard of Maitland, MO, Perry and Emmett of Paul, ID; two sisters, Mrs. Leslie (Lillian) Walstrom and Mrs. Frank (Stella) Theis, Wichita, Kansas; several nieces and nephews and a hose of friends.
Burial was in Prospect Hill Cemetery, rural Blue Rapids, KS.
