Anne (Ferrell) Alford is the daughter of John and Ann (Fish) Ferrell. Her father, John Ferrell, was born about 1720 and died about 1790 in Franklin Co., NC. Anne died before 1820 in Georgia. Anne was previously married to John Allen.

1. Brittain Washington Alford, born Feb 4, 1781, Franklin, NC, died Feb 10, 1849, Molena, Pike County, Gs. He married Barbara Brassell on Mar 19, 1805 in Green Co., Ga.
2. Baldy Alford, born Oct 23, 1784, Franklin Co., NC and died about 1865, Alford's Bend, Hokes Bluff, Etoway Co., AL. He served in the War of 1812 in the 2nd Regiment Georgia Militia as a private.
3. Bynum (Binum) Alford, born Dec 31, 1787 in Georgia and died about 1855 in Dekalb Co., Ga. He was married to Nancy Thompson on Apr 23, 1814 in Morgan Co., Ga. He was a Private in Alexander's Battalion Riflemen, War of 1812.
4. Anna F Alford, born Oct 9, 1790 in Wilkes Co., Ga., and died about 1880 in Lousisiana.
