A. M. HAZELTON, RETIRED FARMER DIES IN IOWA
A. M. Hazelton, 93, a retired farmer, died at 4:30 a.m. today at the home of a son, Kenneth Hazelton, Shambaugh, Ia. The early part of his life was spent in the Shambaugh and Clarinda, Ia. area, but had lived in the Clearmont community most of his life.
Mr. Hazelton, was born Nov. 25, 1870. at Clark County, Ia., the son of S.B. and Rachel Keeran Hazelton. He was married Mar. 10, 1897 to Maude E. Bennett. Mrs. Hazelton died in 1947.
He is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Everett Hasbrauch , Sheridan, Wyo., two sons, Kenneth Hazelton, Shambaugh, Ia. and Alva Hazelton, Clearmont, one sister, Mrs. Hattie Long, Vancouver, Wash., five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Clearmont Methodist Church by the Rev. T. J. Raber. Burial will be in the Clearmint Cemetery
