Short services were held at the home of her mother-in-law, Mrs. P.R. Phillips, Weverton, with further services in the Baptist Church at Knoxville. Burial was made in the Knoxville Cemetery.
She was born in Weverton and married in December, 1917 to Raymond R. Phillips, who together with the following survive: daughter, Charlotte, aged 6 years; father, George F. Alexander; and sister, Mrs. Hulda Edwards, Brunswick.
