Dr. J. B. King, a prominent physician of Rancho, and Miss Jennie Weekly, one of the fair young ladies of the western portion of the county, were united in marriage this week. They are both very popular with all who know them, and have a host of friends to wish them well.

Mrs. Dr. Brown King Dead
Mr. J. W. Ramsay received a telegram last Thursday from Dr. J. B. King of Junction City, stating that his wife was very low. The telegram was followed by one Saturday stating that she had died. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. King moved from Rancho to a ranch near Junction City about two years ago. She was a most estimable lady and admired and loved by all who knew her. Dr. and Mrs. King have a host of friends from Gonzales to the western side of the county who will hear of her death with sadness and sympathize with the bereaved family.
