MIDDLEBURY - Mary Joann Evarts, a resident of Helen Porter Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, formerly of Addison passed away on Nov. 19, 2015.
Joann was born Jan. 15, 1936, in Pittsford to Raymond and Bridget (O'Brien) Evarts, the oldest of 5 siblings.
Joann attended school at the Hunt school in Waltham, and Beeman Academy in New Haven.
Joann very much enjoyed going to Elderly Services, taking long walks, listening to music, and playing bingo.
She especially loved the many years she made her home with her sister and brother in law.
She was predeceased by her parents and a niece, Brodie O'Connor.
