Ada and Jeff Stone had 5 children: son Benjamin Jefferson, daughter Docia, son Lemuel, son Olney, and daughter Vessie. Olney Stone was born about 1906. Olney was with the family in DeKalb County, Alabama according to the 1910 Census. In 1920 he resided with his brother Jesse, Jesse's wife Vesta, and brother Lemuel in DeKalb County, Alabama. Vessie died 7 March 1916 at age 5. Vessie's death certificate does not state the cause of death, but family tradition says that she died from exposure to cold.
