Ch inc:
-Jacob Franklin 1765-1846
-David 1772-1830
-Joseph D. 1773-1858
-Catherine 1774-1847
-Abraham 1775-1826
-Elizabeth 1777-
-John 1781-1824

Husband Jacob died in 1804 in North Carolina, where many of their children were born. Some of the children moved to Missouri about 1816, it appears Catherine moved with them. Jacob's death was accidental when his powder mill exploded.

Parents have been shown in trees as Matthais Gisch and Katherine Bauer - have found no proof.

Burial this cemetery cannot be proved, as there is no marker. Some records show she died in Moniteau County, and is in Byler cemetery there. It is unlikely she ever has a marker. Her son, Joseph D, was interred in this cemetery, his marker was moved to the nearby Pisgah Babtist Church cemetery because this Byler cemetery was in such neglect.

Note: Another contributor who used autosomal DNA to research the Gisch family indicated they had collected compelling evidence of a link between Katherine to Matthias Gisch.
