Martha Belle Hendricks, 87, of Houston and Tomball Texas, passed away
Tuesday, April 2, 2013 of natural causes. Martha was born near
Hominy, Oklahoma on 18 April 1925 to Theodore and Olive Pope. Martha
was a graduate of Mound Valley High School and Wesley School of
Nursing.

Martha was preceded by her parents, her husband of 50 years, John
Hendricks Sr, and her brother Henry Pope. Martha Hendricks is survived
by her brother Richard Pope, by her son John Hendricks Jr, her son
Mark Hendricks and his wife Mary Kay, her son David Hendricks and wife
Tammy. Martha is also survived by granddaughter Adrian Sralla and her
husband Justin, grandsons Ryan, Chase, and Bryce Hendricks and great
grandson Nicholas Sralla.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday April 6 at the
Powell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at A.J. Powell Cemetery in Hominy, Oklahoma.
Martha's family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the
Hominy Heritage Association.
