Mrs. Annie Elizabeth Eline, 67, wife of Benjamin H. Eline, 141 Main Street, McSherrystown, died yesterday 1:40 PM at her home after an illness of two years. A daughter of the late John & Annie (Lawrence) Leonard. She was a member of the church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, McSherrystown.
Surviving in addition to her husband are six children, Mrs. Charles Varner; Pittsburg, Mrs. James Boyle, Mrs. Richard Mummert, and Louise, Donald and Jerome Eline, McSherrystown, 10 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a brother, Harry Leonard, McSherrystown, and two sisters Mrs. Carrie Becker, McSherrystown and Mrs. Mary Houck, Hanover.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 8:30 AM with prayers at the J.T. Kernan Funeral Home, Main Street, McSherrystown, followed by a requiem mass at 9 AM in the Annunciation Church. The pastor, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Patrick F. McGee, will be celebrant. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from tonight to the time of the funeral.
