Neil B. Greene, 63, Walesboro, died at 9 a.m. Saturday at Bartholomew County hospital. Minis-ter and member of the Norristown Community church for the past three years, he had been seriously ill for the past three months. He had been a minister for 43 years.
Funeral services for the Rev. Greene will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Norman funeral home in Hope. Burial will be at the Daugherty cemetery, south of Walesboro. Persons may call at the funeral home from 3 to 9 o'clock today and on Tuesday until time of the service.
Greene was born Jan. 29, 1912, in Lawrence county, the son of Albert and Jessie Gardner Greene. On June 13, 1957, in Indianapolis, he married Margaret Meek Baker and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Cawood and Cloyd Greene; two daughters, Consuella Ganshorn and Rudell Shaeffer; a brother and three sisters.
