Ernest Hayes Dies
At Age 101 Years
Ernest A. Hayes, 101 died September 18, 1976 in a Bountiful Nursing home of causes incident to age.
BORN August 28, 1875 at Gordhill Wilts, England to James and Louisa Davis Hayes. He married Francis Adeline Harrison August 18, 1898. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died November 2, 1954. Came to U.S. in 1892. They were parents of eight children four of whom survive.
SURVIVORS include 3 sons and one daughter Ernist H., Frank H, Mark H. and Mrs. Charles (Eva) Halford all of Bountiful, 24 grandchildren and 56 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 21 at 11 a.m. in the Russon Brothers Bountiful Union Mortuary.

Pallbearers were Calvin Boynton, Marlin Halford, Gene Halford, Craig Hayes, Ernest Halford and Kim Hayes.
