Jane A. Sprague was the daughter of Ann Hall and Benjamin Sprague. She first married Aiken Burdick and they had two children, Sarah Jane and David. There is no record of Aiken's death. What happened to him is a mystery. Jane then married Francis Benson. They had a child, Cornelia Benson, who died at 6 months old. Francis Benson was killed in Gettysburg, PA during the Civil War. Jane then married Francis Wanzer.
