Mary Lou (Walker) Adams, age 56, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, passed away Friday at Mercy Hospital.
She was born in St. Joseph, Mo., to the late James and Opal (McDow) Walker. She worked as a candle maker for the A.I. Candle Company. She married Darrell E. Adams on July 11, 1975.
She was preceded in death by her parents; grandchildren, Derek Jones, Jake Fichter and Latasha Adams.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell; daughters, Melissa and husband Claude Brown, Michelle Adams Sund; sons, Christopher and wife Dawn Fichter, Aaron Fichter; Andrew and wife Michelle Fichter, Jon Adams, all of Council Bluffs, Nick and Jerry Adams, both of Omaha, Neb.; grandchildren, Kristyjo Fichter, Shelbylyn Fichter, Macy Brown, Emilyjo Fichter, Katrina Cooper, Cassy Brown, Maryjo Fichter, Alex Fichter, Billyjo Fichter, Andrew Fichter, Jr., Brittany Fichter, William Sund, Opal Sund, Triston Fichter and Priston Fichter; great grandchildren, Logan Cooper and Trent Cooper; sister, Velda Walker; brothers, Joe and wife Sue Walker, James and wife Rene Walker, all of Council Bluffs; numerous nieces and nephews.
