Funeral services for Fayne Leland Adams, 86, West Plains, Missouri, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013, at Family Life Church, Dora, Missouri, under the direction of Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.
Mr. Adams died at 1:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at his home.
He was born August 6, 1926, at Dora, Missouri, to Lee and Florence Robinson Adams. On September 26, 1948, he was married at Dora, Missouri, to Margaret Juanita Hall, who preceded him in death July 21, 1994. Before his retirement, he was a farmer, school bus driver for Dora Schools and worked for the United States Forestry Department.
He is survived by two children, Jackie Frazier, husband, Dallas, Dora, Missouri and Kelly Adams, Dora, Missouri; six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; Vaunda Brown, of the family home; and several nieces and nephews.
His parents, wife, one daughter, Jo Ellen, one grandson, Kevin, one great-granddaughter, McKayla and three sisters, precede him in death.
Mr. Adams will lie in state from 2:00 until 9:00 p.m., Friday at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Sweeton Pond Cemetery.
