Graveside services for Major Guy Wilbanks, 73, of Bremen will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Fairview West Cemetery with Rev. Marvin Bryan officiating.

Mr. Wilbanks passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at his residence. He was born on September 11, 1939 in Cullman to Earl & Mercedes McCane Wilbanks and was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Claudia Wilbanks.
He is survived by a son, Jon (Tracy) Wilbanks of Hanceville; a daughter, Leah Ann (Amy) Wilbanks of Bremen; two sisters, Nancy Wilbanks and Martha Chandler; three grandchildren: Piper, Haley, and Lucas Wilbanks; and a special friend/companion, Eleanor Frey.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday April 2, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
