Lyndall E. (Smith) Mitchell, 92, went to be with the Lord in Pueblo West, Colo., on April 7, 2011. Born in Fresno, Calif., Lyndall lived her young years in Arkansas and later in Oklahoma where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Lowell P. Mitchell. To this union, four children were born. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lowell; son, Doyle Mitchell; four sisters; one brother; and one great-granddaughter. Survived by daughter-in-law, Marilyn Mitchell; daughter, Betty (John) Newsome; sons, Don (Sandi) Mitchell and Joe (Glennie) Mitchell; 14 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. Lyndall loved her family, and her deep love for the Lord and her abiding faith in Him were an inspiration to her family and all who knew her. Cremation, Roselawn Funeral Home. Memorial Service, 10 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 2011, at Light & Life FM Church, 2602 2nd Ave, Pueblo, CO. Memorials to Light & Life FM Church.
