Funeral services for Ira M. Pulley, 65, were held Sunday afternoon in Canby with Rev. Paul M Roth officiating. Interment was in Zion Memorial Park.
Mr. Pulley died last week Wednesday in the Veterans' hospital in Portland following an extended illness. He was born July 6, 1889, at Colton and lived in Hubbard until moving to Canby in 1928. He was employed by Doernbecher Manufacturing Col for 30 years before retiring in 1949 and was an army veteran of world war I.
Survivors include the widow, the former Dorothy Johnston of Canby; one stepson, Richard Johnston of Canby; four brothers, Lawrence and Lester Pulley of Hubbard, Ivan Pulley of Canby and Elvin Pulley of Hermiston; and one sister, Mrs. Lloyd (May) Hampston of Canby.
