John G. Eadey Dead
One of the oldest and most familiar residents of Hazleton, John G. Eadey died at his home on South Church St at 5 o'clock last evening, of general debility. Mr. Eadey was for many years employed by the Lehigh Valley Company, and had charge of the tools in the repair department of this section. He had been unable to do any work for the past 10 years. He was one of the founders of Hazle Lodge, I.O.O.F and was loyal to the order until claimed by death. He is survived by his wife, three sons and one daughter, John, Robert and William Eadey of this city, and Mrs Samuel Schuler, of Jeddo. Notice of funeral in another column.
