Arthur was born to parents Arthur William Haddock Sr and Annie Moore. He was married to Lena Mildred Mills in 1949. The only known children at this time is William Amos Haddock, and a daughter named Alma Rose Haddock which was listed in William Amos Haddocks Obituary, no other children known.
