A native of Baton Rouge and resident of Denham Springs, he passed away Monday, May 30, 2011, at his residence at age 55. Rickey was a loving husband, father and friend and will be dearly missed by all his friends and family. He was a lifetime member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2286.

Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Wednesday, June 1, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday, June 2, from 8 a.m. until funeral service in the chapel at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. James Harthoorn and the Rev. Tommy Bergeron. Burial in Beechridge Cemetery, Denham Springs.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Marilyn Hennesy; sons, Tommy Hennesy and Kenny Ricaud; daughters, Mary LeBlanc, Cora Bernard, Tara Dawan and Bailey Hennesy; sons-in-law, Brent LeBlanc and Hashim Dawan; sisters, Kathey Sanchez and Pamela Travis; brother, Mike Hennesy; grandchildren, Makayla Chapman, Kane Bernard, Rheagan Chapman, Drake Bernard, Jace Chapman, Davin Ricaud, Nehemiah Rhodes and Ryann Antoine; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Daisy Hennesy. Pallbearers will be Leslie Callender, Barry Andre, Tim Wilkinson, Mike Kelly, Stanley Pollins and Rodney Sparks.

The family would like to express many thanks to the employees and friends of Entergy for their heartfelt support and generosity.
