Crystal J. Mounsey, 78, of Bluffton, passed away at 1:34 p.m. Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
Mrs. Mounsey had been the secretary to the vice president of Franklin Electric and also served as the manager of the credit unon at Franklin Electric.
She was a 1952 graduate of Petroleum High School and a member of the Park United Brethren Church.
She was born Aug. 14, 1934, in Wells County, to Sterling Blocker and Elva Gilliom Blocker. She married Gaylord L. Mounsey July 26, 1958, in Berne; her husband survives.
She was preceded in death by her parents and by two sisters, Carol Steffen and Charlotte Blocker.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 1, at the Goodwin-Cale and Harnish Memorial Chapel, 3220 E. Ind. 124, Bluffton. Pastor John Cole will preside at the ceremony. Calling will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the service Monday at the chapel. Burial will be at the Elm Grove Cemetery.
