Funeral services will be conducted at Melrose Pentecostal Holiness churgh in Roanoke today at 2 p. m. Burial will follow in Oakwood cemetery here at 4:30 p. m. The Rev. Bane T. Underwood will officiate.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Blanche E. Covey; two daughters, Mrs. E. E. Fisher, of Atlanta, and Mrs. C. B. Gallimore, of Pulaski; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Lucille Rogers; two stepsons, J. W. Eversole, of Front Royal, and W. R. Eversole, of Roanoke. Also, three brothers, G. C. Covey, of Bristol; R. L. Covey, of Princeton; L. E. Covey, of Raceland, Ky.; four sisters, Mrs. Charles G. Frye, of Kingsport; Mrs. O. W. Price, Mrs. Hoy E. Graham and Mrs. D. E. Barton, of Radfard, and three grandchildren.
