She was born April 28, 1889, in Leoti, Kan., the daughter of Charles and Ida Davis Lohman. She married Thomas Garman and he died in 1914. She then married Frank Lambert in 1922 and he died in 1946.
Surviving are two daughters, Verta Garman King of Sun City, Ariz. and Bernadine Pocklington of Girard; one son, Nelson Lambert of Waverly; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Lambert worked at ISD as a dietitian for several years and was a charter member of the Waverly Legion Auxiliary.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Neece Funeral Home in Waverly with burial at Waverly Cemetery.
